Alain

Alanya (tour. Alaanya), until 1935 Alaya or Alaya [⇨ ⇨] (tour. Alâiye), - the area and city in Ile (region) of the Turkish Antalya, a well -known recreation center with developed infrastructure of services and entertainment. Located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, 138 km from Antalya.

Thanks to its convenient position on a small peninsula on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea near the Taurus ridge, Alanya was a local stronghold for many Mediterranean empires. Alanya acquired the greatest political significance in the Middle Ages, when the Ala ad-Din Kay-Kubad I was under the rule of Ala. The result of his construction campaign was many sights of the city, such as Kyzyl Kule (Red Tower), Verfe Tersana and the Alanya fortress.

The Mediterranean climate [⇨], natural and historical attractions [⇨] make Alanya a popular tourist direction. Tourism here began to develop in 1958 and became the dominant industry in the city, which led to an increase in its population [⇨].

Alanya areas

The area is both in Alanya

Both are one of the most popular areas of Alanya (Turkey). In addition, the administrative center of Alanya is transferred here, so the infrastructure is well developed here. The district both are 2 hours by car by car from the center of Antalya, 40 minutes from Gazipash Airport, and at all to the center of Alanya 10 minutes.

The beaches here are sandy, in some places they are pebble with a gentle entry into the sea. Many beaches were awarded the “blue flag”, which indicates their landscaping: the presence of toilets, drinking water, and a rescue point. On such beaches, they regularly remove. Therefore, the beaches with the “blue flag” are very quickly becoming popular among tourists.

Both are conditionally divided by the district track to the “upper both” and “lower both”. The lower both are the territory adjacent to the sea, there are many five -story buildings and there are almost no new buildings, and the upper one is already built up with new buildings with a huge infrastructure. Despite the remoteness from the sea, real estate there is already more expensive than on average in Alanya. Both are considered the "European district", Europeans live in each complex.

The symbol of the district is both orange: orange trees grow almost everywhere, and closer to the mountains are orange gardens.

The district track divides the area both into two parts. In the part of the area spread closer to the sea, there are many hotels and LCDs, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants. Part of the city adjacent to the mountains is very green, and recently there is active development by new buildings.

Both are located in the southern part of Alanya on the coast and is considered a suburbs. On the western side, both adjoins the Central District of Alanya, and in the east borders with the Tosmur district.

Both are rich in infrastructure. The largest number of shopping centers is located here: Alaanyum shopping center, Metro hypermarket, KIPA, and the building materials supermarket Koçtaş. The new city clinic “Center for Laser Medicine” has recently opened.

In addition to restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, banks in both there are university, private and public schools, kindergartens, football and volleyball fields, tennis courts. It is also worth mentioning that in both very beautiful embankments equipped with playgrounds and sports facilities.

This area is most often chosen for permanent residence, as it is close to the center, there are a lot of colleges, private schools, and clinics.

This area of Alanya is considered one of the most prestigious, Europeans love it. Of the advantages, the following can be noted: walking distance to the city center, developed public transport, good infrastructure. In winter, it is less noisy, but everything works.

Of the shortcomings: the embankment and the beach are located across the road, where motorists often travel at high speed. To get to the sea, you need to go through underground passages in a deplorable state. There are stones, slabs in the sea in places.

Makhmutlar region in Alanya

The Mahmutlar region is called the “Russian -speaking area” - here in any cafe, restaurant, store you can place an order in Russian.

The Makhmutlar region (Alanya, Turkey) is very well -maintained and well -groomed, while here is mostly real estate is cheaper than in other areas of Alanya. Now Makhmutlar is still experiencing a construction boom. Every year new housing is being built, while the prices are moderate.

The Mahmutlar region actively began to be built up for the past 5-10 years. The complexes that were built 10 years ago have a large territory and spacious apartments. Due to its location, all the residential complexes of Mahmutlara are located close to the sea, which, of course, attracts potential buyers.

There is dense development in the area: there are high -rise and low -rise buildings. On the first line are premium and hotels. Closer to the mountains - high -rise buildings.

The Alanya Mahmutlar region is located along the sea, in the east it borders on the village of Karghydzhak, and in the west - with Kestel. In the north is surrounded by the mountains of Taurus.

In the Makhmutlar region there is everything you need for comfortable living and rest: parks, bicycle paths, hotels, a large Migros supermarket and other supermarkets; offices of commercial organizations; car rental; Beauty Salons; the shops; private clinic and dentistry; 2 markets; private kindergarten; Russian school; Russian cultural center; Russian circles; Street of ATMs; New stylish cafes that are not even in the center, bars and restaurants. There are shops of Russian products, and private Russian -speaking doctors work in the clinic.

This area of Alanya is often chosen by investors. High -rise buildings are allowed here, and the biggest advantage of construction is proximity to the sea. Most of the complexes are located only 100-500 m from the sea. Also, beautiful views of the sea and mountains are often opened from high floors.

The main advantage of Makhmutlara is a short distance to the sea from anywhere in the district. The beaches are landscaped and equipped with everything necessary for relaxation: sunbeds, restrooms, drinking water. But entry into the sea is not good everywhere - there are slippery slabs and stones, which is one of the disadvantages of the region.

The infrastructure of this area of Alanya is poorly represented, several large stores and small markets. But there is everything you need: schools, pharmacies, shops, cafes. The reason for this underdeveloped infrastructure is a short period of development of this location. In the future, this resort area will be completely equipped with everything necessary for comfortable residence all year round.

In Kargydzhak, the city hall pays attention to the arrangement of the embankment, on which there are gazebos, sports simulators and playgrounds.

This area is promising for investment and is in demand among foreigners. This is due to the excellent location of Kargydzhak and high quality construction.

The advantages and disadvantages of this area of Alanya

The main advantage from the point of view of tourists and customers of housing in the Karghydzhak area can be called nature and clean air. The beaches have a gentle entrance to the sea and soft sand.

Of the shortcomings, one can distinguish that the embankment is located through the highway.
